Head Crusher and Barbell Curl:
Perform 1 set of head crusher and 1 set of barbell curl (10 reps each). Repeat this 3 times with increasing weight with each successive set.
Seated Overhead Dumbbell Tri-cep Extension and Incline Dumbbell Curl
Perform 1 set of Seated Overhead Dumbbell Tri-cep Extension and 1 set of incline dumbbell curl (10 reps each). Repeat this 3 times with increasing weight with each successive set.
Tri-cep pushdown and low pulley cable curl
Perform 1 set of tri-cep pushdown and 1 set of low pulley cable curl (10 reps each). Repeat this 3 times with increasing weight with each successive set.
Effective Workout Routine
First of all if you want to grow bigger arms doesn’t mean that you have to do arm exercises twice or thrice a week. Note that you with every exercise you perform your arms are already working. Even if you are not doing arm exercise you are indirectly doing arm exercise too. So don’t do arms exercise more than once a week. You may reduce your arm size if you do exercise twice or thrice a week.
Best routine for a week is
- First day: Chest day
- Second day: Wings day
- Third day: Arms day
- Fourth day: Shoulder day
- Fifth day: Legs day
- Sixth day: You may take rest the last day or you can do cardio.
To grow bigger arms you have to start increasing your diet than your normal diet. This is not the only point to your diet. Quality of your diet matters as much as quantity of food. If you eat good quantity of food but quality of food is not good than you may not see visible changes in your arms.
